Starting from the Vrelo cave, the trail takes you to the village of Vrelo, turning right onto a gravel path after a few hundred metres. The first few hundred metres of steep ascent turn into a gentle uphill ride as you near the meadows. After almost three kilometres, the trail turns left, continuing all the way to the Roswell cowboy village. From there on, the trail follows the Rijeka–Zagreb highway on the left, back to the trail leading toward the Vrelo cave.

The initial short and steep ascent transforms into a long, but gentle uphill ride with a slight gradient, surrounded by a calming and spacious meadow. Near Roswell, the trail becomes more dynamic, with many shorter ascents.
