Skrad is the place with the most beautiful view of the Kupa Valley and the surrounding peaks all the way to the Alps, and whatever direction you take from the centre, challenging ascents and thrilling downhills await. Therefore, this trail will reward you with a long descent through the hamlets of Gorica, Rasohe and Ravan all the way to Čedanj in the Kupa Valley. Enjoy the mild climate at 200m above sea level and the scenic landscape riding upstream along the Kupa River. In Brod na Kupi you will be delighted by the delicious smell of sweet buns called ‘buhtle’ and rolls from the local bakery. Do not miss to visit Zrinski Castle and the exhibition of this museum. Then continue along the Kupica River and Curak creek to the protected landscape Zeleni vir.

Take a break, refresh in the mountain lodge and enjoy this pearl – one of the most beautiful Croatian canyons full of wild romance. Enjoy the last 3.5 km climb to Skrad and reflect on the impressions of the day.
