Route statistics
The trail takes you around the Bajer lake, with the dam in the centre of Fužine acting as both the starting point and the finish line. The trail starts at the main road and continues toward the Čoka peninsula, then down the landscaped promenade along the Bajer lake and all the way to the Mala Ličanka pedestrian bridge (made by Petar Barišić). Riding along the Ličanka stream will take you to the village of Vrelo where you can visit the Vrelo cave, located only around 100 metres away. The trail then turns left toward the second Lepenica lake and, after crossing the Lepenica dam, descends back down to the Bajer lake along the Rakov Jarak Scout Centre. From there on, it goes along the gravel path back to the starting point at the dam. Open-air fitness equipment can be found along this side of the lake.
The trail is easy, with only a few short ascents, making it well-suited for families with children.
