The Tropetarska Rock Educational Trail is envisioned as an educational and recreational circular mountain trail with two separate levels, both starting from the Čabranka river source and finishing at the Tropetarska Rock peak (measuring a total length of approximately 4.5 kilometres). The trail takes you on a tour of thermophilous habitats of the hop-hornbeam and the manna ash, species typical of lowland forests growing by the Čabranka river bed, typical beech and fir forests, and an exceptionally rare mountain pine species.

During this easy three-hour hike, you can get to know more than seventy tree species and approximately fifty herbaceous species typical for their communities and soil types. For now, the part of the trail that can be visited measures 1,450 metres in length and 88 metres in altitude. The educational trail is primarily meant for visits organised by schools, civil society organisations and nature enthusiasts, and it boasts an excellent location amidst pristine nature.
